We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and professional environment that enhances the total well being and self esteem of our patients and parents through the best pediatric dental and orthodontic care attainable. Our goal is to serve and support our referring professionals by providing their patients with the highest level of pediatric dental care available.  Dr. Penland and his team customize treatment for each patient, with that individual’s priorities and exceptions in mind.

Our office is open Monday  9:00 am til 6:30 pm and Tuesday through Thursday, 8:15 am til 5:00 pm as well as limited Friday appointments. If you have an after-hours children’s dental situation that requires

our immediate attention, call one of our offices and follow our voicemail instructions.

We follow the Catawba County School District closing schedule including inclement weather closings.

We accept most major insurance plans and as a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claim for you. The portion that is not covered by the insurance company is your responsibility and due at the time of service. If payment is not met in full at time of services, then a statement will be sent to you and will reflect a service fee.

It would be beneficial for you to know and understand what your insurance benefits are, including deductibles and co-pays. Regrettably, we do not dictate insurance policies and can only work with them. We will make every effort to help you understand what your coverages are happy do a quick coverage check.
